Zhongzhou Machinery did a test for binder used in coal briquetting as per client's requirement, they require the final briquettes should resist 85-100Mpa, and water proofing, after burning, it can keep shape. In mixing coal powder process, we put a 2.5% of binder and 7-9% water, mixed them evenly, then feed materials into high pressure briquette machine zzxm-6, just as we expected, the final briquettes was so perfect, it was very hard even though it was hard not breaken. After drying, we will test its waterproofing and burning result.
